Member Benefits

Prospective members are welcome to attend one of our activity meetings to see what the club does and meet the group. It also gives everyone a chance to get to know each other before joining. You may attend up to three meetings as a guest at no cost. After the third visit, you can choose to join the club by paying the full-year membership fee or the remaining portion for the year.

The club also has a collection of film and digital cameras available for members to try. If you do not yet own a camera or are unsure what to buy, you can borrow one during an outing and see what suits you. A darkroom is available for film enthusiasts, and the club also has a small studio with backdrops and spot lighting for portrait or creative work.   Bus trips are organised a couple of times each year to outlying areas.
